Private pay
Savings, home sale proceeds, pensions, or help from family. For many families, this is how the first months are paid.

Restore’s rates are being finalized. We would rather give you exact, approved numbers than a vague range, so we have not published any yet.

When our rates are approved, each community’s rate sheet will be shared with an effective date. To receive it, request a family information call or ask for updates about a community, and we will send it when it is ready.
What the rate sheet will explain
These policies are still being finalized. We will describe them once approved.
For comparison
These are market figures from other organizations. They are not Restore’s rates, and they do not predict them.
| Type of care | Atlanta, GA | Naples, FL | Philadelphia, PA |
|---|---|---|---|
| Independent living (city average) | $3,554 | $4,158 | $4,127 |
| Assisted living (city average) | $4,745 | $4,878 | $6,367 |
| Memory care (city average) | $5,284 | $6,261 | $7,959 |
| Assisted living (statewide median) | $5,300 (Georgia) | $5,610 (Florida) | $6,480 (Pennsylvania) |
City averages come from A Place for Mom’s own data. Each page describes them as average starting costs, which typically leave out separate charges for care services, and does not publish its method. We viewed these pages on October 14, 2026.
Statewide medians come from the CareScout Cost of Care Survey 2025 (survey period July to November 2025). The figure is the median reported monthly rate for a private, one-bedroom unit in an assisted living community. A median is the middle value, so it is not the same kind of number as an average.
Because the sources measure different things, compare the columns with care. Final bills can be higher than published base rates, and costs vary widely by community.
Ways families may pay
Restore has not confirmed participation in any insurance, veterans, or government payment program. Eligibility and coverage are decided by those programs, not by us.
Savings, home sale proceeds, pensions, or help from family. For many families, this is how the first months are paid.
Some policies help with assisted living costs. Coverage varies by policy, so ask your insurer what yours covers and what it requires.
Some wartime veterans and surviving spouses may qualify for VA benefits such as Aid and Attendance. The VA decides eligibility.
If cost is a concern, you are welcome to talk with us about it on a family information call.
